Cancellation Policy

Overview

We understand plans change. To keep our drivers fairly compensated and our fleet available for other guests, the following cancellation and no-show fees apply to all ConveyPlus reservations made at www.convey-plus.com or through our apps.

Sedan & SUV (Standard)

  • More than 2 hours before pickup: Free cancellation.
  • Within 2 hours of pickup: 50% of the fare.
  • Within 30 minutes of pickup or driver already en route: 100% of the fare.

Stretch Limousine, Sprinter, Mini Bus & Motor Coach

  • More than 72 hours before pickup: Free cancellation.
  • 72–24 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% of the fare.

Airport Pickups

We track your flight. If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, contact dispatch — we will rebook or refund without penalty. A complimentary 60-minute wait window applies after landing for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international. Beyond that, standard hourly wait charges apply.

No-Show

If you cannot be located at the pickup point after the included wait time and after reasonable contact attempts by phone and SMS, the trip is marked as a no-show and the full fare plus any wait time is charged.

How to Cancel

Cancel from the ConveyPlus app on your active trip, by replying STOP CANCEL to your booking confirmation SMS, or by contacting dispatch@convey-plus.com. The timestamp of your cancellation determines the fee tier.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

We may waive fees at our discretion for emergencies, medical situations, severe weather, or operational issues on our end. Reach out and we'll work with you.
