Terms of Service

By accessing or using ConveyPlus (the "Service"), operated by ConveyPlus ("we", "us", "our") via www.convey-plus.com and our customer and driver applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ConveyPlus is a luxury ground transportation booking platform that connects passengers with professional chauffeurs and vehicles. We facilitate reservations, dispatch, payment processing, and trip communications.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Quoted fares include base rate, distance, time, applicable surcharges, tolls, and taxes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By booking, you authorize ConveyPlus to charge your payment method for the total fare, any agreed gratuity, and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

Cancellation and no-show charges are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

You agree not to damage vehicles, smoke, consume illegal substances, harass drivers or staff, or carry prohibited items. Cleaning fees up to $250 may be charged for soiling. We may refuse service for safety reasons.

Driver names, photos, ratings, vehicle make, model, and license plate displayed in the app are provided for your convenience and may be updated in real time as dispatch assignments change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConveyPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, missed connections, traffic, weather, or third-party acts. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the trip in question.

All trademarks, logos, software, and content on ConveyPlus are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at www.convey-plus.com/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ConveyPlus is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
